Plaintiff Rafael José Díaz Rodriguez brings this action against Dr. Arcelio Torres Mártir and Editorial Chic, Inc. (publisher of Vea Magazine) alleging libel; unjust enrichment; violations of his right to self-image, name and privacy; and damages under Article 1802 of the Civil Code of Puerto Rico, 31 L.P.R.A. § 5141.
