This is an action to recover an amount alleged to be due plaintiff from defendant on a judgment of tbe circuit court of Cook county, state of Illinois. It is admitted that both plaintiff and defendant are corporations. The plaintiff company was organized under the laws of the state of Illinois, and the defendant company pursuant to the laws of the state of Utah.
