CONBOY, District Judge:

This action arises out of a comprehensive general liability insurance policy issued by the Travelers Indemnity Co. and the Travelers Insurance Co. (collectively “Travelers”) to the plaintiff Intercontinental Affiliates, predecessor in interest of M. Golo-detz Co. Golotrade Shipping and Chartering Inc. is a wholly owned affiliate of Intercontinental. (Plaintiffs will hereinafter be referred to collectively as “Golotrade”.)
