OPINION
SAND, District Judge.
Plaintiff Olin Corporation (“Olin”) seeks in this action, inter alia, a declaratory judgment that various defendant insurance companies have a duty to defend and indemnify Olin in connection with certain events involving mercury contamination allegedly caused by Olin’s former chlor-alkali plant in Saltville, Virginia. See First Amended Complaint, ITU 60-65, 82-85 (Counts IV and VII).
