INTRODUCTION
Plaintiff is a former employee of defendant The Barbosa Group, a private employer who, at all relevant times herein, provided administrative and other services at the Buffalo Detention Center (“BDC”) pursuant to a government services contract (“the contract”) with the Immigration and Naturalization Service (“INS”).
