On March 16, 2017, Plaintiff Kueilin Lu Tu filed this negligence action against Defendants U-Haul Co. of South Carolina, Inc. (hereinafter "UHSC") and unknown driver John Doe (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Defendants") in the Court of Common Pleas for Charleston County, South Carolina. Case No. 2017-CP10-1382. Plaintiff alleges that on October 13, 2016, she collided with an unoccupied U-Haul rental truck parked along Interstate 26 in Charleston County, South Carolina.
