Presently before the Court are: (1) a motion by plaintiffs, Central Jersey Freightliner, Inc. (hereinafter “CJF”) and its President and sole shareholder Robert Pezzolla- (hereinafter “Pezzolla”) (hereinafter collectively “plaintiffs”), for a preliminary injunction enjoining defendant, Freightliner Corp.
