Plaintiff Richard D. Kunica (“Kunica”) has moved: (1) pursuant to Local Rule 6.3 and Rule 59(e) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure for reconsideration of this Court’s opinion of April 22, 1999 (the “Opinion”) granting the motion of defendants St. Jean Financial, Inc. (“StJean”) and Walter L.
