I. INTRODUCTION

The Court has before it Defendants Citibank, N.A. and Patrick and Barbara Fitzgerald’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (docket No. 33), and Plaintiffs’ Opposition thereto (docket No. 38). Plaintiffs Arleen Pardo Hernández (“Pardo”), her husband Raúl E. Rodriguez Rosado, the conjugal partnership constituted between them, and her son, Gustavo E.
