Defendant-Appellant Scott Michael Long (“Long”) appeals his sentence, which is based on the district court’s ruling that the Government did not breach its plea agreement with him. On appeal, Long contends that the Government agreed in an e-mail exchange that it would not seek a leader/organizer sentencing enhancement pursuant to U.S.S.G. § 3Bl.l(a), and that the Government breached the plea agreement by supporting the enhancement recommended in the presentence investigation report (“PSR”) and supporting it at sentencing.
