Roderrete Dewrayne McClure appeals the denial of his motion to dismiss his indictment for narcotics trafficking, contending that prosecution of the charges is barred by the terms of a 2012 plea agreement (the “2012 Plea Agreement” or “Plea Agreement”) he entered into with the Government. Pursuant to that agreement, McClure pled guilty to a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
