Defendants Ihsan Elashyi, Hazim Ela-shi, Bayan Elashi, Basman Elashi, and Ghassan Elashi 1 were convicted of illegally exporting computer equipment to Libya and Syria, conspiracy to illegally export computer equipment, laundering funds derived from the export violations, making false statements on export documents, conspiracy to make false statements on export documents, dealing in property of a Specially Designated Terrorist, and related offenses.
