RABINOWITZ, Chief Justice.

The facts underlying the four criminal convictions appealed from in this case are not in dispute.

On January 6, 1978, members of various anti-abortion groups staged a nationwide protest. In conjunction with that movement, members of Alaska Right to Life staged a demonstration outside of the building housing the Alaska Hospital and the Alaska Clinic in Anchorage.
