This is a compensation case. The widow claims for the loss of her husband. H© was seventy-three years of age, and was a night watchman employed by Peppard Brothers, who were contractors. On June 5, 1930 he walked' to his place of employment, a distance of about two miles. It was a hot day, unusually hot for that period of the year, being 83 to 85 degrees.
