|! Melvyn Stewart brings this pro se appeal of his conviction for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on this charge in the parking lot of Applebee’s Restaurant in Little Rock on March 13, 2008. After being convicted in district court, he appealed to the circuit court and filed a pretrial motion to suppress evidence. The circuit court denied the motion after conducting a hearing. The case proceeded to a bench trial. At the conclusion of the evidence, the court denied Stewart’s motion for dismissal and found him guilty of driving while intoxicated. He now appeals…
