1 ¶ Pamela Henry appeals her conviction in a bench trial for fourth-offense driving while intoxicated. The charges resulted from an automobile accident that occurred about 7:00 a.m. on July 15, 2009, at a four-way-stop intersection of state Highways 167 and 303. Henry does not dispute that she broadsided a Jeep after failing to stop, that she had been taking prescribed medicines, and that her urinalysis was positive for barbiturates.
