This was an action to set aside a deed from a daughter to her father to a tract of land conveyed to her by her father about two and one-half years earlier, in which the plaintiff claims to be the owner of a half interest, and to have the daughter declared to be a trustee for the plaintiff’s half interest therein and directed to execute and deliver to plaintiff a good and sufficient deed therefor.
