The plaintiffs, Alfred Bain and Nola Bain, appeal from the judgment of the trial court dismissing their appeal from the denial of an application for a wetlands and watercourses permit in connection with the proposed construction of a residential home, including a driveway and septic system, in the town of Oxford.
