The plaintiff recovered a judgment for damages in the amount of $30,000 for the accidental death of Rita M. Scholle who was insured against accidental death by the defendant. Defendant’s motions for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or in the alternative for a new trial were denied and defendant appeals.
