This is an action under §§ 537.080 to 537.090 by Ella Rose Osterhaus against the Gladstone Hotel Corporation for $25,000 for the alleged wrongful death of Leonard H. Osterhaus, her husband, the result of a fall out of a window at defendant’s hotel. (Statutory references are to RSMo 1959, V.A.M.S., all being effective prior to the event involved.)
