Appellants Stearns and Ramin’ (Stearns) appeal from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, holding U.S. patent No. 4,022,065, issued to Ramin’ and Stearns (the Ramin’ patent), invalid under 35 U.S.C. §§ 102(b) and 103 (1976).
