Appeal by defendant from 132 judgments of conviction in the Magistrate’s Court, Staten Island District, Borough of Richmond, City of New York, rendered February 24, 1944, for violations of subdivision 6 of section 101 of the New York State War Emergency Act and of the Resolution of the New York State War Council, dated'April 28,1943, which promulgated in this State the price regulations issued by the Office of Price Administration.
