The primary issue of this appeal is whether the respondent mother, whose parental rights *594in her three sons were terminated,1 was denied procedural due process when the court denied her motion for a mistrial or a continuance. Her motion, made during the course of trial, was based on the death of the lawyer who the court had appointed as both attorney and guardian ad litem for her sons.
