John P. Sivick (Sivick) petitions for review of the State Ethics Commission's (Commission) February 1, 2018 final adjudication and order, 1 wherein the Commission concluded that Sivick violated Section 1103(a) of the Public Official and Employee Ethics Act 2 (Ethics Act), Section 1104(d) of the Ethics Act, 3 and Section 1105(a) and 1105(b)(5) of the Ethics Act, 4 and ordered Sivick to make restitution in the amount of $ 30,000.00 and amend his Statements of Financial Interests (SFI) for the years 2011 and 2014.
