I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Women’s Care Specialists, LLC (“WCS”), appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of St. Charles County in favor of Defendant Katherine Troupin (“Trou-pin”) on all four counts of WCS’s petition.
