The City of Warner Robins appeals a jury’s verdict in favor of plaintiif Mark Holt, as well as the denial of its motions for new trial and judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
On appeal, we are required to construe the evidence to support the jury’s verdict. When so construed, the evidence at trial shows as follows:
