Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance v. Massachusetts Life Insurance

The plaintiff seeks by this bill in equity to enjoin the defendant from doing business under the name “Massachusetts Life Insurance Company.” Relief-is sought under (a) general equitable principles, (b) G. L. c. 155, § 9, and (c) G. L. c. 110, § 7A. In an earlier opinion in the same case, 351 Mass. 283, 291, we held that the plaintiff could proceed on all three avenues of relief.
