The rulings under review in this case were made during and after the trial of issues in the Baltimore City Court on appeal from an order of the State Industrial Accident Commission disallowing the appellee’s claim of compensation on account of the death of her husband, Wesley Harrison Traylor, which occurred while he was an employee of the appellant corporation. The issues involved the question whether Traylor’s death resulted from an accidental personal injury arising out of and in the course of his employment by the appellant, or whether his death was the result of natural causes…
