The principal question in this Workmen’s Compensation appeal is the admissibility of a hearsay statement by an employee to his wife shortly before his death. The claimant, the appellee, brought her claim as wife and sole dependent of the deceased, John Quasny (Quasny), an employee of Commercial Transfer Company, alleging that her husband’s death, which occurred as a result of a heart attack on January 9, 1963, was caused by an accidental injury compensable under the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act, Code (1957), Article 101.
