Appellant was convicted of knowingly receiving and concealing stolen property over the value of $50.00 and his punishment was assessed at confinement in the State Penitentiary for a term of two years.
The evidence adduced upon the trial shows that on three different nights, appellant received from Nathan Coleman, Nathaniel Willis and Tom Robinson, a quantity of cotton seed aggregating 1,660 pounds.
