This action was brought to recover damages for personal injuries for the alleged negligence of the defendants. A verdict was rendered in favor of the plaintiff for $2,500. A motion for a new trial and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict was made; the defendants having moved for a directed verdict at the close of all the evidence. This motion was denied, and the appeal is taken from the final judgment, and from the order denying such motion.
