This is an appeal from a judgment on a conviction of the appellants, on a charge of murder in the first degree; the first named appellant as principal, and the second, as accessory before the fact. The trial and conviction was at the last Term of the District Court for Madison county. There had been a trial at the preceding Term of the Court, and the appellants had been found guilty of murder in the second ' de*175gre; the first named, as principal, and the last named, as accessory before the fact.
