OPINION ON REMAND FROM THE TEXAS SUPREME COURT
DUGGAN, Justice.
Appellee, Stephen Olin Holleman, brought suit against defendants, Galveston Savings and Loan Association (Galveston S & L) and appellant, David E. Edwards, for charging unreasonable trustee’s fees, attorney’s fees, and expenses under a deed of trust. The Texas Supreme Court reversed our judgment that the trustee could not collect fees and expenses without a foreclosure sale and remanded the case for consideration of Edwards’ five points of error, which challenge the propriety of jury question number eight and the legal sufficiency…
