Defendant, Spencer Foods, Inc., and its workmen’s compensation insurance carrier, Travelers Insurance Co., appeal from an award of the Nebraska Workmen’s Compensation Court to employee, Marvin E. Sidel, Sr., for injuries suffered on April 4, 1977.
