OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF/TRUSTEE JUDGMENT FOR RECOVERY OF PREFERENTIAL AND FRAUDULENT TRANSFERS

This matter came on for trial, on September 30, 1992, upon plaintiff/trustee’s second amended complaint for avoidance of transfers, preferential, fraudulent and post-petition, of funds and assets by Debt- or to defendant Society Bank in an amount approaching $3,000,000.
