MEMORANDUM

MORTON, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the court for reconsideration of an agreed order styled “Agreed Order Granting Relief from Automatic Stay in Chapter 13 Proceedings” submitted by the Chapter 13 trustee and the Internal Revenue Service (hereinafter “IRS”). 1 This order granted the IRS ex parte relief from the automatic stay under certain circumstances in all present and future Chapter 13 cases filed in this court.
