— John Omer Mitchell was employed by appellee as a shop foreman. He was an expert me chanic, and his work was to make repairs, changes, and installations of machinery in the various buildings, in the city of Muneie, used by appellee in the manufacture of glass fruit jars, zinc products, and paper products. These buildings were in close proximity to each other, but were not in the same city block. Mitchell had to cross Twelfth Street from time to time in the performance of his duties, in going from one building to the other.
