This case has been reviewed by the court on defendant’s exceptions to the decision of Trial Judge Kenneth R. Harkins, filed January 26, 1978. Upon consideration of those exceptions, supporting brief, and oral argument, the court fully agrees with the trial judge and adopts his opinion, which follows, as the basis for its judgment in this case. Because plaintiffs civilian earnings during the period of his illegal separation from employ*583ment were in excess of the balance due on his claim for backpay, he is not entitled to recover, and it is so ordered.
