The original presentment charges the respondent with falsely and fraudulently preparing a draft of a will for Mary A. Lamb, and procuring the same to be executed by her as her last will and testament by the exercise of undue influence, and thereafterwards propounding the document for probate well knowing that it was not her free act and deed and not her last will and testament, and with converting various sums of money belonging to the said Lamb or her estate to his own use.
