This is a presentment brought by the Attorney General of the State against the respondent, James Weston Wright, charging him with eleven counts of unethical and unprofessional conduct in his office as an attorney of this Court. After the respondent answered the presentment, the Court appointed a committee of three prominent members of the Vermont Bar to hear the evidence and find the facts.
