Defendant appeals from judgments of conviction of three charges of negligent homicide, and from an order denying her a new trial.

In count I of the information, defendant was charged with the crime of manslaughter, a felony, committed as follows: “That the said Bernice Wilson, on or about the 25th day of September, 1945, at and in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, did wilfully, unlawfully and feloniously kill, without malice, one Marie M.
