Convolve, Inc. (“Convolve”) and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (“MIT”) appeal the decision of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York granting summary judgment in favor of Compaq Computer Corp. (“Compaq”), Seagate Technology, LLC, and Sea-gate Technology, Inc. (collectively “Sea-gate”). The district court found that Compaq and Seagate did not misappropriate eleven (11) of the fifteen (15) Convolve trade secrets that remained at issue in the suit.
