The grand jury indicted Haley Forsyth for the felony offense of driving while in toxicated. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. §§ 49.04, 49.09(b)(2) (West Supp. 2013). Appellant moved to suppress the results of her blood draw and argued that the officer seized her blood in violation of the Fourth Amendment. The trial court denied her motion to suppress. Appellant pleaded guilty to the offense, and the trial court assessed Appellant’s punishment at confinement for a term of six years and a fine of $500.
