HOLMAN, Judge.
This is an action for specific performance of a written contract for the sale and conveyance of a tract of land containing *72114.44 acres. A trial resulted in a decree in favor of plaintiff (purchaser) and against the defendants (sellers). In addition to ordering the property conveyed to plaintiff the trial court allowed plaintiff 6% interest on the purchase price from the date the contract should have been performed as “interest expense incurred.” Defendants have appealed. We have appellate jurisdiction because title to real estate is directly involved.
