Court of Appeals of Washington
1Opinion of the CourtKato, J.
Rogers Potato Service, L.L.C., sued Countrywide Potato, L.L.C., for damages from defective potato seed. The court determined the defect in the seed was caused by exposure to cold during its transportation by Countrywide.
