Defendant, Robert Louis Hutton, appeals from a judgment and sentence entered subsequent to a jury verdict of guilty as to each of three counts in an information filed against him. Count 1 charged that on December 23, 1969 he distributed an amphetamine to another. Count 2 charged that on January 18, 1970 he had an amphetamine in his possession.
