All of the entries in this case were made prior to the passage of the tariff act of September 21, 1922, the first entry having been made on October 31, 1921, and the last February 10, 1922. The appraiser appraised the merchandise, bamboo baskets, at $0.80 per set, plus cases and Canton duty. They had been entered at $0.75 per set, plus cases and Canton duty.
