BINGHAM, Circuit Judge.

This is a petition under section 24b of the Bankruptcy Act of 1898 (Comp. St. 9608) to revise in matter of law proceedings of the District Court for Massachusetts.

An involuntary petition in bankruptcy was filed in the District Court against the Brightwood Bronze Foundry Company on November 5, 1920, and on November 19, 1920, it was adjudicated a bankrupt. The bankrupt duly filed schedules of its property and a list of its creditors as required by section 7, clause 8, of the act (Comp.
