Accused was tried by special court-martial for two days’ absence without leave in violation of Article 86, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 680. He pleaded guilty to the offense charged, was found guilty, and sentenced to receive a bad-conduct discharge, and to forfeit $73.50 per month for six months. Three previous convictions were properly before the court-martial and taken into consideration when the sentence was imposed.
