LAKE, Justice.

The Bank’s Assignments of Error Numbers 9 to 14, inclusive, are directed to the judgment of the Superior Court dismissing the action against the defendant Parham, individually. These assignments are not brought forward in the Bank’s brief, no argument is made and no authorities are cited therein with reference thereto.
